1 quart pitted cherries (sweet or sour cherries)
1 quart gooseberries
1 quart red currents ( crushed slightly)
1 quart raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cherries and gooseberries in a food processor. Boil all of the prepared fruit for about 15 minutes, uncovered.
Add 8 cups of white sugar. Bring to a boil stirring until sugar is disolved, and boil for 12 minutes or until the constistancy of jam, or until the jam reaches the jelly stage on a thermometer. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
