1/3 C milk
1 C persimmon pulp
1 C flour
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C raisins
1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, pulp and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to pulp mixture. Add raisins and nuts, pour into greased 9 X 5 loaf pan and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at 350º Serve with whipped cream or hard sauce.
