9 peaches, sliced
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tea. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced peaches in pie crust. Combine sugar, flour and salt, and pour over peaches. Dot with butter. Place top crust. Dot with butter, sprinkle a little sugar. Bake at 450º
for 10 min. Decrease temperature to 325º, and bake for 20 - 30 min. (until bubbling through). Wonderful served with vanilla ice cream.
