Combine next 3 ingredients & melt in double boiler, stirring occasionally;
1lb. chocolate
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brewed coffee
When completely melted, take off heat and add:
1/2 lb. butter
8 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. Fragelica or other liqueur of choice

(Preheat oven to 350º
Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour batter in 10" cake pan lined with aluminum foil and greased. Bake for 1 hr. to 1 hr. 15 min.. The cake will set but still be soft when done. (The toothpick test does not work on this cake). Refrigerate the cake overnight or until completely cool. Turn cake out on plate, peel off the aluminum foil and turn back over onto serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream and raspberry sauce.

I had this at a banquet at the Hyatt - it was the best dessert that I have ever had. Wrote the hotel and they sent me the recipe.
