1 cup light bown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line muffin cups with paper muffin liners. In bowl stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In separate bowl beat eggs, butter and vanilla until smooth. (This will be thin.) Stir into dry ingredients until combined. Spoon batter into muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes or use the toothpick test. Cool on wire racks when done.
