4 cups chicken broth
2 cups rice
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt butter and add rice to saute.
when Rice is a nice golden color, add chicken brother, coriander powder, turmeric and bring to boil.
At boiling point, reduce heat to low and cover.
Cook for 20 minutes. Do not open the lid,=.
When done, fluff with fork and serve.
