2 gal fruit
5 lbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peal and slice your fruit. Place in a large heavy pan. Cover with sugar and let set overnight.
Start your fruit cooking on low to prevent burning. Let fruit cook for atleast 1 hr. or so. Cook down until almost candy like consistencies. Place in pint jars and seal.
