1 whole orange, skin and all
180g melted butter
3 eggs
1 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 cups self raising flour

Icing
2 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
Orange juice and zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease and flour a ring tin.
Process the whole orange until well pureed. Add all other ingredients and process until well mixed. Bake 40-45 minuts.

Icing
Mix icing sugar, butter, zest and enough orange juice together until icing is of a consistency to run down sides of cooled cake.
