3 C cubed bread - 1/2 inch pieces
2 C diced uncooked rhubarb - 1 inch peices
1 C sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread and butter. Add sugar and rhubarb and mix well. Put in glass 8 X 8 pan. If rhubarb is dry, add 1 T of water in each corner of pan. If rhubarb is dry, cover with foil and uncover the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
Bake 45 min. at 325º.

This is how I leaned to love rhubarb. You can add extra sugar if rhubarb is too tart for you.
