oil
flour
ginger
allspice
paprika
seasoning salt
garlic
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken. Fry chicken in oil. Coat chicken with flour. While frying, sprinkle with spices. Bake at 325 for 2 hours. Baste with lemon juice.
