12 small new potates
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. minced fresh parsley or 1-1/3 tsp. dried
4 tsp. minched fresh chives or 1-1/3 tsp. dried
A sprinkling of dill weed
Fresh parsley sprigs, optional for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover potatoes with cold water by 2 in. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until fork tender, but firm. About 20 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
2. Place butter in a microwave bowl and microwave on high until melted. About 5 to 10 seconds. Stir in minced parsley, and chives. Pour over the butter mixture and toss to coat potatoes. Sprinkle with dill weed.
3. Place potatoes on a serving platter. Garnish with sprigs of parsley and serve.
