1 lb sausage (Deans Child Mild)
7 slices of white bread without crust
8 oz Kraft Velveeta Mexican shredded w/Jalapeño
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1 T. mustard
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain grease off. In large casserole dish, butter the bottom of the dish and lay bread slices solid in the bottom. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the bread evenly. Mix eggs, milk and mustard well, pour over the top. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Cook in preheated oven at 350º for 20 minutes.
