1 c. raw rice
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Meringue -
3 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed. Cook milk, yolks, pudding, and sugar until it boils. Then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Add cooked rice to pudding mixture. Make your meringue and brown for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
