2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
Enough selfrising flour to make a stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
mix eggs and sugar, then add buttermilk and vanilla, after that is mixed well, begin to add flour a little at a time until you have a dough stiff enough to roll out with a rolling pin and cut out with a cookie cutter. I would use a jar lid ring to make big ole cookies. Bake @350* till the edges are golden brown.
