1/2 c margarine
1-1/2 c brown sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice (combine with milk)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c chopped rhubarb (add last)

TOPPING
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
