FILLING
4 c diced rhubarb
1 c sugar
1/4 c flour

TOPPING
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c water
1 c flour
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c melted butter
1 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix topping ingredients and put on top of filling.
Bake at 350º for approximately 1/2 hour until the top is nice and brown and the fruit is cooked.
