1 qt. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tea. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add water and 1 cup berries. Cook and stir until thick. Add butter and rest of berries. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell. When cool, top with whipped cream, and serve.
