6 small yellow squash, sliced
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
1 whole egg
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion until tender in salted water. Drain and blend all of above ingredients together; put this "mushy" mixture in a buttered (and salt and peppered) casserole dish.
For a golden topping: crumble fine two small packages of potato chips and sprinkle over top; add a couple dashes of paprika.

Bake at 425º for 25 min. (or 45 min. at 350º.
