1-16oz bag coleslaw mix
2 T. diced onion
Crumbled Blue Cheese to taste

1/2 cup creamy salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
3 T. vegetable/canola oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1 T. white vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl: Combine coleslaw mix, onion & crumbled blue cheese.

2. In medium bowl make dressing: Whisk together the salad dressing, blue cheese dressing, vegetable/canola oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper & poppy seeds. (blend thoroughly)

3. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mix & toss to coat.

4. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
