2 2/3 c. steel-cut oats
1 medium apple, chopped
1 medium pear, chopped
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
4 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. dried cherries (or raisins), chopped (if cherries)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Pre-heat oven to 350º

In a 2 qt. casserole dish, combine all of the ingredients.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, uncovered.
