Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can (15oz.) solid pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and put in crock-pot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. It might be a little jiggly in the middle still, just not soupy and runny. You can double or triple to fit in a crock pot. It puffs up and can overflow if you make too much. (I quadrupled it once... it made a mess!!) Serve warm with Cool Whip.

Personal Notes:
I love this!! It is like a hot pumpkin pie without the crust. I am not a big pie fan so this hits the spot!!
