3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups margarine
1/3 cup shortening
1 beaten egg yolk
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolk and water. Add to flour. Knead lightly to form a ball. Cover and refrigerate ½ hour. Roll out. Prick well with fork around edges before baking.
