1 lb. cooked sausage
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 T. chopped onion
4 oz. chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 cups milk
Bread crumbs or bread slices.

Directions:
Directions:
Place 6 slices of bread on the bottom of greased 11x9 casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until eggs are set.
