4 1/2 cups water
1 cup grits
8 Tbs butter
1/2 lb grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
dash hot pepper sauce
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add 8 tbs butter, cheese and garlic. Stir until butter melts. Beat eggs, stir in milk. Add to grit mixture. Add pepper sauce and pour unto a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour.
