6 cups finely shredded cabbage (1 10 oz. bag angel hair cabbage)
1 whole carrot, grated
3 to 4 chopped green onions
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots,and onions. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss well with cabbage. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
