Beat 2 egg whites, stiff. Add 2/3 c. sugar & beat until the whites stand in peaks. Add 1 c. chocolate chips, 1 c. chopped pecans, and pinch of salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Put in oven and immediately turn off heat. Leave in oven overnight or 4 or more hours.

Does well on parchment paper to ease in removing from pan.
