1 1/4 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. brandy

Sift flour, salt, sugar & baking powder together. Blend in butter. Add egg yolk and brandy. Put in buttered 10 x 15 pan. Spread on dough 1 cup raspberry jelly.

2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Beat in sugar. Add vanilla & melted butter. Add coconut & nuts. Spoon over jelly. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º. When cool, cut into squares.
