1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 pint sour cream
3 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter well; add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, sift flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder and add to batter slowly; add vanilla. Fold in apricots and nuts. Grease a bundt pan and flour it. Add 1/2 butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add rest of butter and sprinkle again with cinnamon sugar. Pour melted butter on top. Bake in 350° oven for one hour.
