6 pieces round steak, thinly sliced
1/2 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 slice bacon, chopped
1 can beef bouillon
1-2 cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stuffing mix, onion, celery and bacon. Add enough bouillon to mix to make stick together. Put stuffing mix on steak pieces. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Put in covered casserole. Add rest of bouillon. Cook for 30 minutes in 350º oven. Add tomato sauce and cook 30 minutes longer. 6 servings.
