1# mild Italian sausage
1 green bell pepper
1 red pepper -both sliced thin
2 onions -sliced thin
8 oz of pasta sauce or can use tomato sauce
3 Tbl olive oil

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp each of basil, oregano and parsley
1/4 tsp each of pepper, salt and garlic powder
1Tbl Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done (frying pan or oven)
cut into 1" pieces (set aside). In a pan add olive oil, peppers, onions and seasoning, cook until onions and peppers are soft. In a roasting pan add sausage and all ingredients and cook for approximately 15 minutes.

May be served as a meal over pasta if desired or on a Hogie roll. Johnsonville Italian sausage is my favorite for this.
