1 rabbit, dressed
salt and pepper to taste
flour
shortening or oil

Directions:
Directions:
Skin, cut up and wash rabbit. Season with salt and pepper. Dip rabbit in flour to coat. Prepare large heavy skillet with enough shortening for frying and heat until hot. Drop coated pieces into the hot grease. Turn heat down to low. Cook rabbit just like frying chicken.
