"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
My husband loves this crust. He prefers it if I roll it out super thin. Also, you only have to brown it if you're making a non-baked pie (ex. fruit tart). Otherwise, you just add pie filling and bake. Cover the edge with foil to prevent it from getting too brown, and then remove foil the last five or ten minutes.
