2 c. long grain rice
2 to 3 T. margarine
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 to 1 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. red pepper, finely chopped
1 to 2 cans vegetable broth
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on the package. In a large skillet, melt margarine and sauté onion, celery and red pepper. Add rice, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix well and simmer until broth is absorbed in the rice.
