1 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. Chopped Apples
1 c. Chopped Walnuts


GLAZE;
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Milk
1/2 c. Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a bundt pan (or angel food cake pan) with no-stick cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and beat into a creamed mixture---mixture should be quite thick. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake 1 hour in prepared pan

For glaze; mix ingredients in saucepan. Cook 3 minutes, bringing to a boil.

Remove cake from oven and pour hot glaze over hot cake.
Let this set 2 hours.
Remove from pan.
