1 box chocolate cake mix and ingredients needed according to the box
3/4 c butter
16 oz caramels
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour a 13x9 cake pan
1. Mix the cake mix according to the directions.
2. Pour 1/2 of cake batter into the 13x9 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
3. Melt caramels with milk and butter.
4. Remove the cake and pour the caramel mixture over the cake adding nuts & chocolate chips.
5. Add the rest of the cake mix and bake for 20 minutes.
