1 yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce tub whipped topping
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
coconut and nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed in a jelly roll pan at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding with milk and vanilla. Add cream cheese. Beat. Add whipped topping and drained pineapple. Frost cake with this. You can sprinkle with coconut and nuts if desired. Garnish with a cherry half when serving. Refrigerate cake after it is frosted.
