2 1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Apricot or Orange Juice
3/4 c. Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Lemon extract or juice
4 Eggs

Glaze;
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 c. Confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour tube pan.
Combine all ingredients. Blend on low. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and prick the cake every inch deeply with a fork. Spoon half of the glaze over the hot cake. Let stand 10 minutes then remove the cake from the pan. Add more confectioners sugar to the remaining glaze mix to thicken. Pour the rest of the glaze mix over the cake and down the sides.
