2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup M&M's or chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
DO NOT GREASE PANS!!
1. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and set aside.
2. Cream together butter & sugar.
3. Add egg and mix.
4. Blend in flour mixture.
5. Stir in M&M and nuts. Adding extra flour as needed to make a stiff dough.
6. Shape into 2 to 3 loaves. Loaves should be long and narrow.
7. Bake for 25 min.
8. Slice on the bias and toast 10 minutes in the 350º oven.

Most of the family loves the tradition of having the Biscotti at Christmas, but doesn't like the taste of the anise Biscotti. This is a wonderful substitution.
