1 lb butter
3 c sugar
6 eggs
1 t vanilla or almond extract
2 t lemon extract
4 c sifted flour
2/3 c milk

Cream together suger and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add extracts. Add flour, alternating with milk, beating constantly. Pour batter into buttered & floured bundt pan. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until done throughout.

To make a lemon glaze, mix together 2 cups of confectioners sugar and the juice of 1-2 lemons until desired thickness. For an orange glaze, add 2 T dry Tang mix to lemon glaze.
