1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh dill
1 scallion, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 fresh basil leaves or 1/4 tsp. dried
2 T. fresh lemon juice

pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. To make creamy vinaigrette, add 2 T. sour cream. Makes 1 1/4 cups of dressing.
