24 oz. jar pepperoncinis, drained
15 oz. garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 c. fresh mushrooms, halved
2 c. grape or cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1/2 lb. provolone or mozzarella, cubed
6 oz. each several kinds pitted olives
3.5 oz. sliced pepperoni or salami
8 oz. Italian dressing
1 bunch steamed asparagus cut in 2" pieces
1 jar artichoke hearts, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all in large bowl. Toss to coat. Marinate for several hours. To serve, arrange like a wagon wheel, with each ingredient in its own "section", on large lettuce lined platter with tooth pics.
