2, 3oz. pkgs. Roquefort cheese
2, 5oz. jars cheddar cheese spread
4, 3 oz. packages cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

Let 3 cheese stand until soft; combine with Worcestershire sauce, onion, and 1/2 cup pecans. Beat with mixer until well blended. Shape into ball. Place in small bowl lined with waxed paper and chill overnight. One hour before serving, roll ball in mixture of 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup chopped parsley. Decorate with springs of holly. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 20 people generously.
