1 lb pasta
8 oz smoked salmon
1 c heavy cream
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T olive oil
1 roasted red pepper chopped
2 T capers

Directions:
Directions:
As pasta is cooking heat olive oil, garlic and red pepper and set aside. Heat heavy cream and cream cheese, cooking until cream cheese has melted (almost to boiling). Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper and capers to sauce. Break salmon into small chunks and add to sauce; heating for several minutes. Pour over cooked pasta and serve.
