1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons veg. Oil
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Add: ½ cup 9 grain cereal and let soak for 10 minutes.

Add 1 beaten egg.

3 ½ cups of all purpose flour

1 tablespoon instant yeast.
