1 box (2 layer size) Devil's Food cake mix
4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4 cup butter, sliced
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed

Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare and bake cake mix in two 9-inch round cake pans as directed on package.
Cool in pans for 5 minutes.
Invert onto wire racks and cool layers completely.

Microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Cool for 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until well blended.
Add Cool Whip and cookie crumbs, mix lightly.
Place one cake layer, top-side down, on serving plate and spread with cream cheese mixture.
Place remaining cake layer on top, top-side up.
Spoon chocolate glaze over top of cake and let stand until set.
