3 cups soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:

Combine bread crumbs and milk
Add eggs and combine mixture
Add remaining ingredients
Mix thoroughly
For into one or two loaves
Bake uncovered, 350º, one hour
If desired, glaze loaves with ketchup, and bake 15 minutes longer.

Margaret King Brending's family loved her meatloaf dinners served with baked potatoes and vegetables. For finicky kids, you can hide some finely chopped vegetables in the meatloaf.
