2 lbs. carrots, peeled & rinsed
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp. Mural of Flavor seasoning (from Penzey's)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender. While carrots are cooking, melt butter in a non-stick skillet. Add the brown sugar and Mural of Flavor. Cook on low for a minute, stirring constantly.

Drain carrots and pour butter sauce over top. Stir to coat.
