2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 jars Gerber 3rd stage carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and lightly flour 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan (or two 9” x 1 ½” round baking pans). Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add baby food, oil and eggs, beating with electric mixer until combined. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn into pans. Bake in a 325°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes in the 13” x 9” pan (40 minutes for two 9” pans). Cool on a wire rack (remove from pans after cooling for 10 minutes). Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
