2 eggs
1/4 C. milk
2/3 C. finely crushed saltines
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion

Sauce:
1 C. ketchup 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion salt & pepper. Add beef. Mix well. Place in muffin pan, or shape into snow ball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet that has sides on it. (Jelly roll pan would work)
Combine sauce ingredients. Spread 1/4 of sauce over meat, and bake at 400º for 30 minutes, or until done. Serve with remaining sauce. You might want to double the sauce recipe.
