1 cup mashed bananas (3 Med)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1/4 cup margarine (softened)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir mashed bananas & baking soda together; set aside. Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl until frothy. Cream margarine and sugar in a large bowl. Add 1/2 eggs. Beat to mix. Add second 1/2 eggs & beat in. Stir in mashed bananas. Add flour, baking powder & salt.
Stir to moisten
Spray 9 x 5" loaf pan with Pam. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
